Robert Weiss of Heather Road, King of Prussia, passed way at home Wednesday June 20, of heart failure.  He was 85.  Mr. Weiss was raised in Wilkes-Barre and enlisted in the Navy in 1942 after graduating from Meyers High School.  He was assigned to the Navy Department in Washington D.C. for a year, and later was shipped to Pearl Harbor, where he was a Communications Specialist.  After passing tests for officer’s training school in Pearl Harbor, he was shipped back to the state and studied at Brown University for his Commission.  He completed training at Bucknell University and upon discharge from the service, he returned to Bucknell to earn a Bachelors Degree in Commerce and Finance.  He was employed by National Cash Register Co. for 20 years as an accounting machine sales representative.  He later worked in the investment field in Philadelphia.  He married the former Dolores Cromack of Forty Fort and they had seven children.  They would be married 62 years in October.  Mr. Weiss was a member of Mother of Divine Providence Church and sang in it’s choir for 10 years.  He was also a “song and dance man” and entertained impromptu at parties and gatherings.  He also performed in traveling minstrel shows in the 1950’s in the Alban, NY area where his family resided for 8 years.  He is survived by the following loving children: daughter Bobbie Lynn Troy and husband Sol of Amissville, VA, son Jim and Wife Maureen of Hatfield PA; daughter Dianne Deloren of Santa Fe, NM; son Dr. Harold Weiss of Bethlehem; daughter Carol Kain and husband Larry of Phoenixville; and daughter Kimberly Marino and husband Ron of Downingtown.  His beloved daughter Susan predeceased him in 2003.  Also surviving are grandchildren Jesse Troy, Corinna Fisher, Ryan Weiss, Amanda Marino, Gina Marino, Daniel Kain, and great-grandson Ian Weiss.  He also leaves four sisters: Betty Jones and husband Bert, Kingston PA, Lois West, Mountaintop, PA, Elaine Holman, Baltimore MD, and Joy Genewski, Palmerton, PA.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Mother of Divine Provedince Church, 333 Allendale Rd, Ring of Prussia PA 19406, at 11am, Saturday June 23.  Viewing will be from 9-11am.  Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.  Donations may be made in his memory to Mother of Divine Providence or the American Heaty Association, 5455 North Hill St., Columbus Ohio 43214.  Arrangements by John J.
